Meaningful Change

You may be someone who is used to finding a way to navigate high standards, complex responsibilities, or the profound challenges of a health journey. Over time, the effort of continuing through pressure and uncertainty can begin to take its toll in ways that are not always immediately obvious.

If you are looking for a space where you no longer have to navigate this alone, you are in the right place. Here, we prioritise your safety and your pace, gently supporting a reconnection with a greater sense of ease.

My Background & Lived Experience

I built a 25-year career in corporate finance and systems, navigating international moves and the personal complexities of a long-term health journey. I have lived the experience of maintaining a high-functioning exterior while managing physical limitations and internal exhaustion.

My path back to Psychological Science and Counselling was a return to my original calling, enriched by a unique lens into the pressures of high-performing environments. These experiences have given me a grounded, practical understanding of what it takes to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself when life feels relentless.

A Collaborative & Evidence-Based Approach

My practice is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in academic rigor. I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical, aimed at creating sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself and your world.

Rather than a one size fits all model, I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs. We work with both the body and mind, gently settling the immediate experience of stress, while making sense of the deeper patterns underneath.

To support our process, I draw on established psychological frameworks that help us make sense of your inner world and the way you relate to yourself and others. This can provide a clearer sense of how you relate to yourself and others, and supports a deeper, more compassionate understanding of who you are.
